“We provide healthy protein forward meals that are as easy to eat with your eyes, as it is with your mouth. Each week, we prepare healthy, protein forward plant-based meals, which use nuts, seeds, lentils, beans, and other healthy proteins - but if you are more of a carnivore (like we like to be sometimes), just let us know! We source organic free-range animal protein like chicken and beef from our local farmers in the Yarmouth, Nova Scotia area that you can add to any meal.
