Once you are booked a menu is chosen, I (Raegan), hand pick your ingredients (some local and some from Halifax), prepare the majority of them in my commercial kitchen here in Tusket, then arrive at your house approximately two hours before your big event, and cook all the delicate ingredients right there in front of you & your guests. I provide cocktail & linen napkins, beautiful centre pieces, wine pairing suggestions, some plates & certain cookware if needed. You as the host/hostess, get to enjoy your guests without the fussing, catered to by trained servers, a chef/sommelier, AND we even clean up after. Private Dinners: Range from $50-$65 per person on average. For example, this includes 2 standing appetizers so you can mingle with guests, one seated, a main course and dessert. We bring the restaurant to you! Passed Appetizers: Range from $25-$50 per person. We barely cook the same thing twice, this is a custom service, with attention to detail, and professional staff to see it through. Any type of cuisine you're looking for, we can create!
