Two pieces of succulent panko deep fried lobster amongst coconut fried shrimp, served with lemon saffron cream sauce

Stuffed Portobello

Grilled portobello mushroom stuffed with sausage, herbs de provence and blue cheese, topped with shaved parmesan

 

Steak Tenderloin Entrée

8oz tenderloin marinated and grilled to perfection served with a cheesy twice baked potato, caesar salad, homemade croutons & bacon bits, and your choice of steak topping: (Dijon Cognac cream sauce/truffle oil + Maldon salt/or goat cheese and pecan crusted) * steaks will be cooked medium, unless specified otherwise.

 

Crème Brulèe Torched NY Style Cheesecake

Decadent cheesecake with caramelized sugar topping, graham cracker crust and your choice of raspberry coulis or satled caramel sauce.
